Crew brings community members together, turning testnet participation into a shared journey of growth.

Each Crew has a separate XP and Level. The sum of XPs that each Crew member collects daily impacts on the total daily XPs the Crew collects.

How to Create Crew

Crew Requirements

• You must not be part of any Crew
• Only users equal to or above Game of MITO Level 6 are eligible to create a Crew
• YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE CREW YOU CREATE. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU WON'T HAVE A CHANCE TO JOIN OTHER CREWS IF YOU'RE THE ONE WHO CREATES YOUR OWN CREW

Once you're clear of the requirements, head over to the Crew Page (Link TBD).

Create a Crew

1. Click the Create button
2. Fill out the details
   1. Select a profile image of your Crew
   2. Crew name
   3. Crew introduction
3. Click the Create Crew button

Manage Members

1. Click your Crew on the top of the page
2. Click Manage Crew
3. Approve applicants or Remove inactive existing members

Take a look around New Crews & Top Crews and discover which Crew you would like to join.

Apply to join

1. Click the Crew you want to join
2. Click the Apply Now button
3. Fill out your application
4. Click the Apply Now button

[!WARNING] Please note: You can’t leave your Crew by yourself. The only way to leave your current Crew is asking Leader to remove you from the Crew.

Core Components

XP Each Crew member’s daily XP contributions boost your Crew's total XP and Level.

Crew XP is calculated using the logic below.

Crew XP calculation = sqrt(the sum of Game of MITO daily XP acquired by all Crew members)

Level Crew Levels are decided by the rank and XP of each crew member. Crew Level decides what benefits that Crew members will receive! There are 8 Levels (1 - 8).

Crew Leader Crew Leaders are users who create the Crew. Each Crew has a single Crew Leader.

Crew Member Crew Members that are not the Crew Leader.

Top Contributor Top Contributors are the 3 most active Crew members who make the largest impact on Crew's growth. The lineup is dynamic and updates based on members' ongoing contributions. Each member's contribution is calculated as a percentage of total Crew activity:

Individual Contribution Rate = (Individual XP / Total Crew XP) × 100%

Crew

1. What's the update interval for Crew XP and Crew Contribution?

• Crew XP: Every 2 hours
• Crew Contribution: Once daily

2. XP Handling for Removed Members

If removed before daily update:

• Only retains XP from their last completed update
• Any XP earned between last update and next scheduled update will be lost

If removed after daily update:

• Retains all XP accumulated between previous update and most recent update

XP Boost System

XP Boosts are not stackable - only the highest boost applies. Here are the maximum XP Boosts for Level 8 Crew members:

1. Leader XP Boost (Max 140%)

• Base Leader bonus: 50%
• Member scaling bonus: Max 60% (Total Crew Members × 1.2)
• All Crew benefits: 20%
• Lower Tier inclusion bonus: 10%

2. Top Contributor XP Boost (Max 120%)

• Base Top Contributor bonus: 30%
• Member scaling bonus: Max 60% (Total Crew Members × 1.2)
• All Crew benefits: 20%
• Lower Tier inclusion bonus: 10%

3. Regular Crew Member XP Boost (Max 90%)

• Member scaling bonus: Max 60% (Total Crew Members × 1.2)
• All Crew benefits: 20%
• Lower Tier inclusion bonus: 10%

• Crew Leaders will not be ranked as Top Contributors simultaneously.
• All Members (including Leaders and Top Contributors) receive standard Crew Member benefits
• There is no daily minimum XP threshold for all Crew Members
