FAQs

GM (Game of MITO)

Q. What is the main goal of participating in the Mitosis testnet?

A. The main goal is to collect as many tMITO tokens as possible. These tokens may be converted to real MITO tokens at a specific ratio when the mainnet launches.

Q. What kinds of activities can I participate in during the testnet?

A. You can engage in various activities such as using DeFi protocols, participating in missions, joining crews, trading on AMMs, and interacting with the EOL (Ecosystem-Owned Liquidity) system.

Q. How does the XP and tier system work in the testnet?

A. You earn XP through various on-chain and off-chain activities. As you accumulate XP, you progress through different tiers. Higher tiers offer better benefits and rewards.

Q. Will there be any exclusive features or rewards for testnet participants?

A. Yes, testnet participants will have the opportunity to earn tMITO tokens, which will play a role in the mainnet launch. The exact mechanism for how testnet participation and tMITO holdings will impact mainnet benefits will be announced closer to the launch date. Active participation in the testnet is encouraged as it may lead to advantages in the Mitosis ecosystem.

Q. How long Game of MITO will be running?

A. TBA. The specific date and time for this still need to be fixed. Please stay tuned.

Q. Will Expedition run simultaneously while Game of MITO is ongoing?

A. Yes, Expedition will run simultaneously with Game of MITO. Both events will operate concurrently, without interruption to either one.

Q. Are $MITO allocations for MITO Points from Expedition and Game of MITO separate?

A. Yes, $MITO allocations for Expedition and Game of MITO are separate. However, users with higher MITO Points will have increased opportunities to boost their $MITO allocation via testnet participation.

Q. Will participating in various apps built on Mitosis L1 testnet make us eligible for the apps' future airdrops?

A. Mitosis does not determine airdrop eligibility for individual applications. Each app built on the Mitosis L1 testnet will make its own decisions regarding future airdrops and eligibility criteria.

Waitlist

Q: How does the waitlist ranking system work?

A. Your ranking is determined by various factors including your participation in the Mitosis Expedition, MITO points earned, MORSE holdings, and the number of friends you've invited. Active community members generally rank higher.

Q: Is there a deadline for joining the waitlist?

A. Yes, the deadline for joining the waitlist is the day the testnet launches, which is scheduled for mid-October 2024. However, joining earlier gives you more time to improve your ranking and potentially secure better benefits for the testnet. We strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to maximize your opportunities.

Q Can I check my current position on the waitlist?

A. Yes, you can view your current ranking on the Mitosis waitlist dashboard. Keep in mind that rankings can change as more people join and participate in various activities.

Q. What benefits do higher-ranked waitlist members receive?

A. Higher-ranked members may receive benefits such as earlier access to the testnet and larger initial asset allocations. Specific benefits will be announced closer to the testnet launch.

Q. How can I move up the waitlist?

A. You can move up the waitlist by depositing assets into the Mitosis Expedition and earning MITO points. Alternatively, you can hold MORSE or invite friends to gain more points and move up the list.

Q. Does Referred participants' on-chain activities affect to the amount of bonus scores that Referrers will receive?

A. No, the on-chain activities of Referred participants do not affect the bonus scores Referrers receive. Referrer scores are based solely on the number of successful referrals, not on the subsequent activities of those referred.

A. You should click the REFRESH buttons on MY PAGE. Please click the buttons and check the updated status again.
