Participation Benefits

Expedition (weETH) offers LPs multiple yield sources and future benefits. weETH providers retain their EigenLayer and weETH underwriter points while getting MITO Points (weETH) for future $MITO airdrops. Also, just by holding miweETH, LPs will get points from other DeFi applications which will be integrated into Mitosis EOL in the near future. Let’s dive deeper into each of the benefits:

1. MITO Points (weETH)

Expedition (weETH) participants get MITO Points (weETH) by depositing weETH and holding miweETH. Accumulating MITO Points (weETH) grants eligibility for Mitosis governance token ($MITO) airdrops. Expedite MITO Points (weETH) via multiple methods, including increasing the holding duration of miweETH, completing Missions, and collecting Badges. Check here for more details on MITO Points (weETH).

2. EigenLayer Points

miweETH holders keep getting EigenLayer Points. In other words, weETH holders continue stacking up their EigenLayer points even after providing weETH to Mitosis.

3. EtherFi Loyalty Points (2x)

Similar to EigenLayer Point retention, Mitosis weETH providers (or miweETH holders) keep getting their EtherFi Loyalty Points. Additionally, EtherFi offers a 2X boost on their points for all miweETH holders participating in Expedition (weETH).

3x Ether.Fi Point Boost for all Mitosis Depositors during 2 weeks only once Epoch 3 begins.

4. Mitosis Vault

Mitosis optimizes its LP yield by allocating locked assets in various yield sources across multiple networks. Mitosis aggregates its multi-chain, multi-app tokens/points into miAssets. In other words, users gain multi-chain DeFi exposure just by holding miAssets.

Mitosis Vault will operate full on-chain governance, with miAsset holders participating in deciding the Vault’s strategies.

5. Protocol Benefits

Expedition participants are able to get additional benefits by participating in Expedition on specific networks (e.g., Linea LXP-L and Scroll Mark).
